This time I heard it in person.

“Salesforce is in trouble. I could build the infrastructure a business needs in a weekend.”

I was one of the experts offering advice at Raleigh Durham Start-up Week and this was chit-chat with another expert before the audience arrived.

Then there’s what I wish I had said back, “Would you bet $10k that there wouldn’t be a critical business issue on that Monday?”

People keep asking me about what’s going to happen to Salesforce and other services as AI makes building your own more feasible.
