Our strategy conversation moved from big, broad to clearly actionable.
He is a UX Designer, and he wants to focus on sustainabilty/climate related projects.
He gets calls for logos, or websites, but he knows what they really need is bigger than that.
So the question became- what problem do his ideal clients KNOW they have?
(Very different from what he knows they need.)

Is there actually a market for it?
Will people pull out their card and buy?
So what he can offer is a diagnostic, a feasibility study, a discovery project – the name isn’t set yet.
How much money would that save a founder to find out early that they need to pivot?
How much money could they raise if they could show funders they can sell their product?
How much more would a funder trust them if they showed that they do their homework?
