Last week I finished a 6 week project with a state funded organization that leases space and provides training opportunities to start ups. 

I started with discovery, outlining their business process and getting agreement that “yes, that’s what we do.”

Only then did we start working on customizing their database.

The director estimates that the new system will save her 2-3 hours per week.

She came from a bigger organization with clear processes into this role where nothing was clearly defined.

It was a real pleasure to collaborate and get their system from “where is that lead that I got an email about?” to “I can report clear numbers on our economic impact to the state.”
