Last step of a marketing experiment – measuring the results.
This is working through Mike Michalowicz’ Get Different process.
You can get the experiment worksheet for free at:

If you have tried some marketing – hopefully using DAD- measuring is the last step in decision making
(If DAD isn’t familiar, look for my previous post)
What to record:
- When the experiment started and ended
- How many prospects you intended to read
- How many you actually reached
- Expected return (people * percent close)
- Actual return
- Intended investment
- Actual investment
From there you can decide whether to increase, change, or drop this experiment.
