As an entrepreneur you do not have to be excellent at everything. Some things only need to be adequate.

Things that need to be adequate:

• a basic website that describes who you work with and how you help them
• an email address you check regularly
• a working method of collecting payment and giving invoices

Things that need to be excellent

• you deep understanding of how your ideal client sees the world, their pains and desires
• the ability to communicate your offer
• delivery of value to your client

Focus on what needs to be excellent, and improve the adequate things incrementally as resources permit.
